耐候性优异的高功能性塑料

ASA是SAN和丙烯酸橡胶的共聚物,是具有优异的耐候性并集合了ABS大部分优点的高 功能性塑料。 由于ASA在长时间在户外使用后,仍能保持优异的物理性能以及外观,因此被广泛应用于汽车外饰件、建筑材料、家具板材等。

SAN 是具有透明性、光泽性等优秀特征的透明塑料。并且耐冲击性、耐化学性能卓越,从家电到办公设备、化学品容器等,广泛用于多种产品。

苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer,英文简称SAN)又称AS树脂,是无色透明的热塑性树脂,具有耐高温性、出色的光泽度和耐化学介质性,还有优良的硬度、刚性、尺寸稳定性和较高的承载能力,是以丙烯腈和苯乙烯为原料用悬浮法聚合而得到的,使用热引发剂引发亦可,也可采用乳液聚合法制得,由于该树脂固有的透明性,故用于制造透明塑料制品。

(聚丙烯酸丁酯PBA)

丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM),是以丙烯酸酯为主单体经共聚而得的弹性体,其主链为饱和碳链,侧基为极性酯基。由于特殊结构赋予其许多优异的特点,如耐热、耐老化、耐油、耐臭氧、抗紫外线等,力学性能和加工性能优于氟橡胶和硅橡胶,其耐热、耐老化性和耐油性优于丁腈橡胶。ACM被广泛应用于各种高温、耐油环境中,成为近年来汽车工业着重开发推广的一种密封材料,特别是用于汽车的耐高温油封、曲轴、阀杆、汽缸垫、液压输油管等。
